Turnkey Custom Systems with Plug & Play Convenience

The Plug & Play Skid Assembly is a turnkey system that comes equipped with all the water treatment equipment on an all metal, powder coated skid with a fiberglass reinforced plastic grating floor. The pre-treatment equipment, the reverse osmosis (RO) unit, and post-treatment equipment including optional water re-pressurizing pump for distribution of product water is fully assembled, plumbed together, wired, and pre-programmed specifically to your site’s unique water quality conditions. Just fork lift the skid in place and connect the inlet water, drain and product water lines, hard wire in the single electrical connection to be up and running quickly. The startup procedure is greatly simplified. No need to hire plumbers for long hours of install and programming everything properly. The pre- and post-install questions and time spent on the actual install is virtually eliminated with this plug and play option. You are ready to produce the highest quality water and be assured everything is setup properly. Highly recommended for systems with multiple components. Leave the hard work to us and have pure water flowing shortly after receiving your customized HyperLogic commercial water filtration system.

City Water Skid

City Water Skid

Mobile, Metal Frame-Mounted Reverse Osmosis (RO)

  • 2,000–5,800+ Gallons per Day RO

  • Carbon Filter

  • Softener

  • Dual Monitoring Cross/Test ports

  • High Pressure Shut-off Kit

  • Dimensions (Long x Deep x Tall): 72" x 30" x ~96" = 1,415 lbs

This skid system will treat city water for many years with minimal maintenance. The pre-filtration will protect the RO membranes from contaminants present in city water distribution systems. This skid is ideal for commercial operations including; hydroponics, aquaponics, whole house RO treatment, water vending businesses, breweries, and car wash companies.

Dual Carbon & Softener City Water Skid

Mobile, Metal Frame-Mounted Reverse Osmosis (RO)

  • 2,000–10,000 Gallons per Day RO

  • City Water Turnkey System

  • Dual Carbon System

  • Redundancy

  • Chloramines Removal

  • Softener

  • Dimensions (Long x Deep x Tall): 96" x 40" x ~96" = 1,495 lbs

This dual carbon filter skid is ideal for whenever total chlorine and chloramine removal is necessary. Chloramines can stunt the growth of plants, hurt aquatic animals, and give beer a medicinal taste. The dual carbon tanks ensure that the water will have sufficient contact time so that all the chlorine and chloramines are completely removed.

Dual Carbon Anti-Scalant Injection City Water Skid

Dual Carbon & Anti-Scalant Injection
City Water Skid

Mobile, Metal Frame-Mounted Reverse Osmosis (RO)

  • 2,000–20,000 Gallons per Day RO

  • City Water Turnkey System

  • Dual Carbon System

  • Chloramine Removal

  • Anti-Scalant Injection

  • Mobile Skid

  • Dimensions (Long x Deep x Tall): 96" x 40" x ~96" = 1,495 lbs

This is the most efficient system for processing city water up to 20,000 gallons. The Anti-Scalant Injection system can mitigate water hardness without discharging large amounts of saltwater to the sewer or septic system, unlike conventional water softeners.

Nutrient Runoff Water Reclaim Skid

Mobile, Metal Frame-Mounted Two Skid Reverse Osmosis (RO)

  • 2,000–10,000+ Gallons per Day RO

  • Multi-media filter and sediment bag pre-filtration

  • Chlorine injection

  • Greensand filter

  • Carbon filter

  • Anti-scalant injection

  • Monitoring crosses with test ports

In hydroponic applications, this skid allows for the reclamation of the nutrient runoff and final flush water. Relatively clean water that would normally be sent down the drain can now be reclaimed and reused, reducing the total water usage by at least 50%. Adding the ARCS (Automated Reclaimed Condensate System, not featured) can reclaim water from air conditioners and dehumidifiers to save even more water throughout the facility. This skid is ideal for whenever there are limits placed on the amount of water discharged to the city and is the next step in getting your facility as close to zero water discharge as possible.

Well Water Skid

Well Water Skid

Mobile, Metal Frame-Mounted Reverse Osmosis (RO)

  • 2,000–10,000 Gallons per Day RO

  • Backwashing multi-media filter for sediment pre-filtration

  • Anti-scalant injection suitable for septic systems

  • Monitoring crosses with test ports

This well water skid can turn the worst well water into high quality RO water with minimal equipment and costs. The backwashing Multi Media Sediment filter will remove sediment down to 5 microns without ever having to change cartridge filters, and the anti-scalant will protect the RO membranes from hardness scaling and iron fouling. Additionally, an iron filter can be added if high levels of iron or manganese are present.

Brewery Skid

Brewery Skid

Mobile, Metal Frame-Mounted Reverse Osmosis (RO)

  • 2,000–10,000 Gallons per Day RO

  • Dual carbon filters for chloramine removal

  • Blending valve for source water mineral retention

  • Mineral injection skid for flavor control

This skid system can be custom built based on your brewery or distillery’s needs. These systems feature a blending valve which blends carbon treated water with RO product water by bypassing the softener and RO to retain some of the original mineral content of the source water.  Additionally, we can include remineralization injectors with TDS monitors after each injection point to monitor individual mineral levels. These two features allow for total control of the brewer’s mineral content for optimum taste customization.

Chloramines, which are present in many city water systems and can impart a medicinal taste to the finished product, can be completely removed by our dual carbon backwashing filters. Finally, a UV sterilizer ensures that the brewing water will remain free of bacteria without having to use chemicals.

This skid system also displays the equipment in a professional manner and looks great on display in a showroom. We can also include separate water access points throughout the treatment system to provide different types of required water quality for brewery operations such as drinking water for the showroom, softened water for cleaning, or RO wastewater for reuse.

On-Skid Feed Or Distribution Pump System Option

The On-Skid Feed or Distribution Pump System option can be included on any RO skid system:

Feed Pump System Option:

  • Feed pump distributes pressurized water from a feed tank through the RO system.

  • Ideal when the flow rate from a city municipality or well pump is not sufficient enough to supply the RO system

  • Also used for feeding the RO system from reclaimed condensate or nutrient runoff storage tanks

Distribution Pump System Option:

  • Distribution pump repressurizes and distributes water from reverse osmosis (RO) storage tanks through the entire irrigation system

  • Compatible with all fertigation and nutrient injector systems.

  • Speced according to specific flow and PSI requirements from 30 to 500+ GPM.

On Skid Distribution

The On-Skid Feed or Distribution Pump System option can be included on any RO skid system, and comes pre-plumbed and leak tested, guaranteeing the delivery of pressurized, on demand water. The pump system comes fully automated with a high-quality pump, single or dual pressure tanks, high-pressure switch, low-level float switch and electrical control box. Larger, dedicated distribution/repressurization skids also available.
